Phoenix Properties believes in creating a neighborhood spirit based on a few common sense rules.
- All adults must be employed unless disabled or elderly. Or, one or more working adults has sufficient income to support all residents.
- School Age children must attend school regularly.
- Courtesy and cooperation with neighbors necessary.
- No pets.
- Police background checks required of all residents 17 or older.
- Littering on the grounds is strictly forbidden.
- No illegal activities or commercial activities are allowed on the property.
